Hospice Care Services

At A-Vow Hospice we will NEVER ask you for any money, co pays, or deductibles to be met for our services. We accept Medicare for full payment. This includes 24 hour 7 days a week nursing care, 365 days a year! Also included are all prescription medications related to your diagnosis, all medical equipment you may need, and all medical supplies necessary for your care. We are a phone call away to answer any questions you may have 918-259-0049   

After hours, weekends, or holidays our phone line will always be answered by our nurse on call ready to assist you. We encourage our patients and care givers to call us anytime day or night. That's what we are here for. You will never get a call service answering our phone line. Instead it will be one of our nurses who is available to answer any questions you may have or is even available to come visit you anytime day or night if needed. At A-Vow Hospice we take pride in being here for you 24/7!

Who is a part of the hospice team?

The hospice team usually consists of the person receiving care, their family and loved ones, and: 

• Your primary care physician

• Our medical director

• Hospice nurses (NP, RN, and LPN’s)

• Certified home health aides

• Social workers

• Spiritual caregivers

• Trained volunteers ​

• Bereavement Coordinator
